No prior Pure Barre experience is needed, just bring yourself and your workout buddy!You and your children will get your blood pumping and enjoy an engaging morning of movement and music.
This event is perfect for children ages 3-6 but all are welcome!
If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, you are welcome to do so but some will be provided.
