It is ideal for beginners and people of all fitness levels.
In this class we will cover reducing physical tension in the body, “workout” the connective tissue, alleviate stress, build emotional awareness, and restore energy levels.
There will also be a mediation session to end the class.
Participants will need to bring a yoga mat, blanket, 2 blocks, and a bolster or pillow.
Instructor: Lisa Moore
Lisa Moore is a RYT 200-hour yoga instructor.
She started practicing yoga to help alleviate back pain and soon realized the physical and emotional benefits of the practice.
In May 2020, Lisa received her certification from Central Mass Yoga in West Boylston.
She is also certified in Yoga Warriors International, a movement-based program for those suffering from PTSD.
Lisa completed her Reiki 1 & 2 certifications with Mandi Garrison in 2018.
Her teaching passions include Yin Yoga, Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga with Meditation.
