Based on the theory of the Yin and Yang opposites, for the practitioner, Yang style Ta Chi makes an excellent complementary activity to hard or external martial arts or other intense physical activity. Benefits of Tai Chi include: stillness of mind and relaxation, improved circulation, improved balance and coordination, increased energy, flexibility, and strength.

Teacher: Grandmaster Lin-Lin Harn (i.e., no student teachers). Master Lin-Lin Harn is the daughter of the famous Grandmaster Harn Ch'in T'ang and has strictly trained under her father since childhood. She has been teaching tai chi for more than 35 years.
