My First Yoga in partnership with the West Suburban YMCA will be offering yoga classes for children ages 18 months to 5 yrs old. The instructors of these classes have been certified by Abbie Davies, who is recognized as the leading authority in yoga instruction for young children in the country.

Your child will learn traditional yoga poses as well as unique yoga inspired exercises to build a foundation that will help them improve: strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, body awareness and self confidence.

Class size is limited and are structured to be taught with child and caregiver or children only. Located at Esposito’s Karate Fitness Center 230 Adams Street, Newton.
