Kids lengthen and strengthen their bodies with energizing flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises and simple relaxation techniques. Non-competitive and fun, students develop strength, flexibility, concentration and confidence. Partner poses and yoga activities will build trust and positive communication.

Please bring a cushioned mat and a water bottle. (Extra mats are available to rent for $2.)
