We believe that the best-tasting and most sustainable choices are foods that are fresh, seasonal, and grown locally - so we decided to take our commitment to the next level by inviting you to experience our homegrown produce in its most natural state.

Head Farmer Jim Wilson begins the evening with an informative and lively tour & discussion about the benefits of local produce and the dozens of crops we grow. Then Chef Todd Heberlein joins your table to discuss the ease with which delicious and healthy fruits and veggies can be prepared at home.

The mouthwatering, family-style meal includes a delicious assortment of dishes from Chef Todd, a unique dessert from our bakery and fine wine to compliment the meal.

All ingredients for the meal are produced locally with over thirty fruits, vegetables and even flowers being harvested within inches of where you'll sit.
