Boston Market will unveil nearly 70 total changes with the goal of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for an enhanced guest experience. Specifically, the restaurant chain has replaced its disposable plates and utensils with real plates and stainlessware and upgraded serving stations to include a Chef’s Hot Case and carving stations.
The company is adding new menu items and hiring more staff from the community to create a better dining experience for residents of the South End and the Boston area overall – at no additional cost to patrons. The scope of this rollout is enormous and much bigger than anything the chain has attempted to do before, so come see for yourself on Wednesday, November 10th and check out our new menu items and ambiance between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
