Knife Skills at Eurostoves Culinary Centre
Bring in up to 10 knives and have them professionally sharpened during the class for free, when you sign up for the Knife Skills class. The chefs on TV make it look so easy, so why can't I do it? In our kitchen you will have a knife in hand while standing next to a professional chef who will make sure you know what to do with it.
Beginning with how to properly hold a knife, our chef will show you how to: julienne - dice - chiffonade - and chop. This course also includes instructions for proper knife care.
Knife Skill graduates qualify for a 10% discount on knife purchases.

Eurostoves is conveniently located on Route 1A in North Beverly. From the 128 North exit 20A towards Hamilton. Continue down 1A to the Commodore Plaza on the right hand side of the road. We are located in the building near the back of the plaza.
