Sift & Mix with Boston’s Best: BCAE Launches Celebrity Chef
The same place that brought you classes like, “Mind Your Manners” with a noted tea sommelier and etiquette expert is launching a series of interactive kids’ celebrity chef classes! Get kids off the couch and into the kitchen with the Boston Center for Adult Education’s (BCAE) Bean City Kids program.
The series, which kicks off in November 2011 in the BCAE’s state-of-the-art kitchens, will feature celebrity chefs and reality TV veterans Jason Santos of Blue, Inc., and Andy Husbands of Tremont 647. Classes will be interactive and hands-on. Your kids will work spoon to spoon with some of the area’s most famous chefs while others are still trying to get reservations to their restaurants!
Conveniently scheduled after school from 3:30PM to 4:30PM and perfect for children six to nine years of age, these cooking classes allow kids to tap into their creative side while exploring a whole new world of food appreciation.
Don’t miss this chance to mix and sift with celebrity chefs!
