Each course will feature Chef Long’s innovative Asian fare paired with a handpicked premium sake spirit selected by sake expert Adrienne Griffith of Classic Wine Imports. Chef Long and Griffith will discuss the significance of each pairing and answer questions from diners during the intimate dinner.
