Parent/Teen: Kitchen Knife Skills
Real cooking - as opposed to reheating! - requires the use of knives at some point. We want all of our students, regardless of age, to learn how to sharpen them and how to master the basic cuts in some great recipes. Good knife skills will last a lifetime!
