April School Vacation Week - A cooking class to learn how to cook classics from Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking, just for teens.
Master the basic, universal, amazing techniques Julia Child brought to the world.
In this 3-hour class we will make the following:
Salad Vert, Sauce Vinaigrette (Green Salad with French Dressing/Vinaigrette)
Gratin Dauphinois (Scalloped Potatoes with Milk, Cheese, and a Pinch of Garlic)
Coq Au Vin (Chicken in Red Wine with Onions, Mushrooms, and Bacon)
Reine de Saba (Chocolate and Almond Cake)
