Teens Cook: Intro to Sushi
Come and learn the art of making futomaki (large rolls ), hosomaki (small rolls), uramaki (inside-out rolls) and temaki, hand rolls. We'll show you how to make the omelets, the rice, dashi and all the other tricks to have your own sushi party at home. We'll also show you the art of tempura.
We will have 5 - 6 fish options depending on the market as well as vegetarian options.
