Executive Chef Mark Sapienza’s brunch classics will be accompanied by several dishes from the grill, incorporating that familiar feel of everyone’s favorite meal.
Delectable dishes will include a Hoisin Glazed BBQ Duck with Sesame Stir-Fry Pea Tips and a Tomato and Molasses BBQ Pork Loin with Sweet Corn Relish, as well as a special BBQ station featuring inspired dishes like Chipotle BBQ Shrimp Brochette and more.
