Cure your staycation blues with a workshop or class at Create a Cook during April Vacation week.

For the 7-11 year olds we do 'Better Than Take-Out' classes which are 2 hours long, and focus on American Diner, American Southern Comfort Foods, Mediterranean, French Bistro, North End Italian, and Spring Harvest.

Adult & Child workshops cover Baking, Pasta from Scratch, Sushi, French Dinner with a Twist and our very popular Princess and Pirate Party for 3 year olds and up.

Come dressed up as your favorite prince, princess or pirate (or pirate princess!).

Tiaras and eye patches make for a good time.

Parents can dress up too!

Teens can solo on Meatless Mexican, North End Trattoria, Cakes, Fresh Pasta, Breakfast from Scratch, or Chinese take out classics.

Adults, we're not forgetting you!

Our 'Adult or Teen' classes (designed for all humans age 13 and up) will cover Simple Italian, Cupcake Crazy, Roast Sear and Saute, Vietnamese Street Food, Julia Child's Boeuf a la Bourguignonne, Fondant Cake Decorating, and Healthy Cooking - Mediterranean.

We also offer Adult AND Teen classes, a step up from the Adult & Child classes with more food and more focus on skills and tastes you'd like to explore with your older kids.

Our Family Feasts: Italian Comfort Food is designed for family enjoyment.

Come learn together and bring a feast back to the homestead.

Visit our website to find the workshop or class that fits best with your schedule and interests.
