The Manor’s talented chef, Dawson Frock offers a succulent Southern snack menu from 5 to 6 pm.
Pecan-crusted Chicken Satays, Country Ham and Biscuit Sliders and mini Hot Browns are just some of his imaginative offerings.
Chef Frock combines international experience and regional roots to bring diners traditional and innovative fare with a focus on local, simple ingredients at the Inn’s wood paneled Sea Glass Restaurant.
The Castle Manor Inn, 141 Essex Avenue (Route 133) is an easy half mile drive or stroll from Gloucester Harbor.
