Family Style Pig Roast at Ristorante Olivio
This will be followed by a showing of Chef Angelo DiGirolamo’s whole roasted suckling pig.
Dinner will be served family style, accompanied by various side dishes including: caramelized Brussels sprouts & sausages, goat cheese braised potatoes, oven charred vegetables and white balsamic braised eggplant and paired wines.
Dinner will conclude with a Sicilian rum cake for dessert.
This multi course special family style dinner is $55.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included.
