Junior Chef Series
The goal is to be able to prepare an entire meal from scratch by the end of the fourth week.
We will be making a lasagna accompanied by a salad and garlic bread.
At the end of class students will take the meal they made home and eat it with their family.
It is highly recommended the student be able to make all four classes as the lessons are cumulative.
The weekly sessions will be as follows:
Week 1: Kitchen safety and basic knife skills Week 2: How to make salad vinaigrette and bread making Week 3: Pasta making and tomato sauce
Week 4: Assembly of lasagna and plating instructions Price for the 4 week class is $245 per student
