Heirloom Kitchen, a take-away and delivery farm-to-table food business, is now hosting culinary classes.
Classes feature seasonal, local ingredients and participants gain hands-on experience in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Chef Ed Hoffey, classically trained with a long-time passion for working with local area farms, hosts this series.
Cost is $55 per person.
Price includes 'family dinner' at the end of the class.
On August 2nd our class will feature heirloom tomato summer meals including gazpacho and a variety of creative dinner options that can be prepared with a variety of different heirlooms from your local farmer's market.
