Vintage Wine Dinner at Davio's Lynnfield
Taste along with winemaker Peter Merriam, from one the most respected vineyards in the country.
Designed for oenophiles of all levels, the prix fixe dinner with wine pairings will feature regionally inspired foods prepared by Executive Chef Stephen Brown such as Pan Seared Atlantic Sea Scallop, Spring Vidalia Onion, Sweet Corn Coulis, Spagatini and Seared Duck Breast, Grilled Dried Cherry Duck Sausage, Duck Leg Confit, Braised Lentils, Escarole.
From Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Franc, guests will experience the familiar and the unexpected from this award-winning portfolio!
This intimate journey will be held at Davio's Lynnfield on Tuesday, March 24th at 6:30pm.
For $95 per person (tax and gratuity additional), guests will be treated to an array of appetizers plus a four-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines to accompany their dining experience (see menu below).
