Filipino Seafood Pop-Up Dinner, Saturday, April 18th
It's spring and I think we're all ready for something a little lighter, a little brighter.
This month's four course menu is pescatarian friendly and includes a drink of your choice.
If you're looking for a unique dinner experience this weekend, are interested in supporting up and coming chefs, haven't had Filipino food before, haven't had it in ages, or any combination of the above, look no further!

KINILAW
Raw big eye tuna, marinated in a spicy ginger vinegar.
TAHONG BONIFACIO
Baked and stuffed local mussels, with shredded young corn and greens.
GINATAANG KABIBI AT GULAY
Seared sea scallops with long beans, eggplant and a kalabasa coconut milk mash.
MAJA BLANCA FRUIT TART
A creamy corn and coconut custard, baked in a flaky crust and topped with seasonal fruit.
