Taste of Iceland in Boston: Icelandic Menu at The Merchant
Icelandic chef Thrainn Freyr Vigfusson, head chef at Blue Lagoon’s Lava Restaurant, will fly to Boston to collaborate with American chef Matt Foley, executive chef at The Merchant.
Thrainn has won numerous awards and is currently the coach of the Icelandic Culinary Team.
He will bring Icelandic cuisine to The Merchant’s kitchen and work with Foley to create a cohesive (and delicious!) menu.
Taste of Iceland in Boston is an annual festival that celebrates Iceland's food, music, film and culture.
This year’s Taste of Iceland will take place March 4-7, giving Bostonians a taste of what life is like in Iceland.
