Harvard Sweet Boutique Hosts Free Tasting Event

11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Katrina George, daughter of bakery owner Sue, is running the 2017 Boston Marathon this April and is fundraising in honor of her mother, who has Type 1 diabetes.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample some of the bakery’s lunch time savories and delicious gourmet sweets at Taste for the Race, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
The event is free to attend and guests are encouraged to make a $20 donation at the door.
Those who donate will be entered to win a bakery gift card.
Additionally, a percent of all low-carb purchases will be donated back to Joslin Diabetes Center.

Individuals are also invited to place bids on fun silent auction prizes to help fundraise.
