Dumpling & Wontons Cooking Workshop at The Street
The Dumpling & Wontons Cooking Workshop is for kids by kids, with Chef Ruby Chan, founder of FreshZen, assisted by 15-year-old Kayla Talcoff and 14-year-old Madison Talcoff.
The class will teach various dumpling-cooking methods, folding techniques, and dipping sauce pairings.
