WHAT: To celebrate National Ice Cream Sandwich Day, Hood, the leading dairy brand in New England, is inviting fans to enjoy free samples of their famous ice cream sandwiches, photo opportunities with a surprise Boston Red Sox player and more.

Hood has teamed up with the Boston Red Sox for a surprise Red Sox player to visit the Hood Food Truck to hand out ice cream sandwiches and take photos with fans from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Hood will be sampling their famous Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches and new Limited-Edition Coffee Cookies n’ Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches.
