Venture out during school vacation and spend the week with Powisset Cooks and Chef, Instructor and Cookbook author, Didi Emmons.

The first class focuses on salad as a main course.

Didi will show us how to be creative with our ingredients, dressing, and minds to craft dinner-worthy salads that will impress the whole famiy.

Following the class, we will all sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Geared towards children age 7-10.

From I-95/Rt. 128: take Exit 16B (109 West). Follow for less than 1 mile and take a right on Dover Rd. Follow for 2.5 miles. Take left into farm immediately after big gray barn. The Farm Kitchen is inside the big gray barn.
