Valentine's Day Truffle Experience with Taza Chocolate
First, you'll work as a team to create a pot of rich, decadant chocolate ganache to share.
We'll provide fruit, bread, cheese and other snacks to dip and eat your homemade 'fondue'.
You can replicate this recipe at home to make the chocolate ganache for truffles, ice cream topping, or just to impress your friends with a retro fondue party.
Then, using the same ganache recipe that was chilled overnight, we'll roll decadent dark chocolate truffles by hand and dip and roll them in five different toppings.
Each attendee will make 12 truffles to take home.
Throughout the class, Taza will join forces with the experts at the Massachusetts Wine Shop to lead the group through a mini wine and chocolate tasting & pairing class of six different wines and six chocolate flavors.
Taste all the most popular Taza chocolate flavors of all intensity levels paired expertly with local Massachusetts-grown wines.
