Ciao Italia: My Lifelong Food Adventures in Italy
Recipes will include fazoletti di formaggio, fig and balsamic glazed pork, and dried plum and balsamic vinegar tart.
After working with Mary Ann in the kitchen to prepare the recipes, students will sit down to table to enjoy the fruits of their labor along with wine pairings selected by Guy Esposito, Mary Ann’s husband and a wine educator with accreditation from the United States Sommelier Association.
