Knowing how to use a knife correctly and efficiently is one of the most useful skills to learn while cooking.
In this drop-off class, celebrity chef and cooking instructor Gail Arnold will demonstrate proper knife skills and give lots of hands-on practice as students learn how to prepare soups.
A chef’s knife will be available for students, but if you have a favorite knife that you’d like to bring to class, please do!
