These classes are held in collaboration with vendors in the Boston Public Market and are taught by market vendor cooks or farmers who tell first-hand stories about where the ingredients are sourced and how they are grown/made.

Kate from Stillman's Farm will bring a selection of seasonal veggies and attendees will be able to taste them raw and then learn to cook them in various ways.

We'll discuss how the flavor and color change when each veggie is cooked!
