Autumn Squash Fantastic…Adult Cooking Class
Overwhelmed with the abundance of autumn squash?This hands-on class is for you.
We’ll explore different squash types with Chef Thi and create delicious dishes to welcome the fall season.
On the menu is a roasted Delicata squash salad with warm bacon dressing, Butternut squash lasagna with pesto and Acorn squash stuffed with sausage and apple.
It’s a whole new fantastic world of squash out there!
Included in this class:
• Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
• Instruction from an experience, top-notch instructor
• Recipes and creative packing ideas to take home.
• Delicious samples to enjoy on-site or to take home with you.
