Pies the Limit…Adult Cooking Class
This hands-on class with Chef Thi features two creative, delicious, eye-catching pies designed to wow guests after a holiday repast.
First, you’ll make a Fresh Pear Slab Pie with crunchy homemade granola topping and spiced mascarpone.
Next up, Southern Peanut Pie (that’s right, peanut not pecan) with brown sugar bourbon whipped cream.
Start practicing… “save room for dessert!”

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation.
To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
