Cinco de Mayo – Adult Cooking Class
Cinco de Mayo is an annual celebration to commemorate the anniversary of Mexico’s 1862 victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla.
In the U.S., the day is celebrated with a feast of Mexican cuisine, shared with family and friends.
In this hands-on class, Chef Thi will teach you to craft Vegetable Tamales, Marinated Shrimp Tostadas, Mexican Rice, Rojo Sauce, and Salsa Macha.
