There will be light refreshments, a raffle and Special Guests. This event will be participatory, fun and welcoming to both young people and grownups.
City Stage Co. will also unveil its new logo!
The public is invited to join in to support City Stage Co.'s free programs in Boston Public Schools, After-School classes and Community-Based performances!
Theater Games are easy to learn and fun to play. For example, during 'Fruit Bowl,' the Players stand in a circle and count-off by Fruits (Apples, Oranges, Bananas.) A Player in the middle, names one of the three Fruits and all of those players must find a new place in the circle. If 'Fruit Bowl' is called, everyone must find a new place. But just like 'Musical Chairs,' there isn't room for everybody!
Up to 10 teams of Players will compete for really cheap trophies! Tournament Players must be age 8 and up.

*Attend as a fan: $35 (a buck for each year we've been providing free arts education & performances for city kids); *Be a player: $99. Players can raise the money through pledges (10 people giving $10 each, for example.); *Sponsor a player: $99 will sponsor one of our young people as a player.
