Teams of two compete in a traditional cornhole tournament to raise funds in honor of Greg Montalbano, the former Northeastern baseball star & 2001 Red Sox Minor League Pitcher of the Year, who passed away in August of 2009 after a long battle with cancer.

Funds will be disbursed amongst various grants & scholarships in Greg's name. How do you sum up Greg Montalbano's incredible 31 years of life? It's not easy...Greg was an extremely accomplished person by August 21, 2009 when he lost a long battle with testicular cancer. Greg was a lot of things, among them a Northeastern University Hall-of-Famer, Red Sox prospect, minor-league pitcher, Jimmy Fund supporter & friend, community volunteer, & an engineer.
