To celebrate Bark Place’s charity initiative, “Warm Paws, Warm Hearts,” the South End dog spa & boutique will host a “neighborhood holiday party,” complete with music, refreshments, and in-store holiday promotions for people and pets alike. Those who donate new and gently worn winter wear (including gloves, scarves, hats, jackets, sweaters, and socks) to benefit Friends of Boston’s Homeless will receive a $5 discount on any pet apparel purchase, including a wide selection of stylish, high-quality pet parkas, sweaters, and more.

(Drop-off donations will be accepted from November 1st through December 20th, 2010, during Bark Place’s regular retail hours).
