Safe Passage supports children and families living in extreme poverty around Guatemala City’s garbage dump.
Safe Passage helps approximately 550 children coming from nearly 300 families in Guatemala City. Now, you can help Guatemala’s children and families too, by simply donating your recyclables.
Wheelock hopes to collect 100 bags of redeemable cans and bottles from the local community. Cans and bottles can be brought to Wheelock’s Campus Center at 150 The Riverway, Boston, Mass. from now until March 24th. Wheelock will also screen a documentary about Safe Passage on Saturday, March 24th from 4-6pm.
