On Friday, June 2, 2006 the PPF is having a fundraising concert and dance party for its 10th anniversary celebration. The concert will be held at the Masonic Temple in Newburyport, MA, and will feature the music of EJ Ouellette & Crazy Maggy and the Lucky Leroux Band.
EJ Ouellette & Crazy Maggy is a local band that has become 'New England's favorite fiddle jam band!' Their music 'rocks the roots of traditional fiddle music by blending ancient melodies with new arrangements, contemporary lyrics, and a myriad of dance grooves.
The result is a mesmerizing sound which seduces audiences with its energy and invention.' Their songs, combining fiddle and sax, can be enjoyed by the whole family. The band's first full-length CD was just released, and more information can be found on their website: www.crazymaggy.com
Cost
