Rock out at ROCK ON! - Local musicians Ederson, Kristin Cifelli, and the Chaparrals will be belting out lighter-worthy tunes at swanky Scholars bar while guests get into their greedy side and bid on much needed “swag.”
The silent swag auction includes: tickets to the Daily Show with Jon Stewart, a stay-cation package with the Liberty Hotel, Green designs by new local florist designers Forêt, the coveted MAN-Cave package full of Red Sox and Celtics swag, art by famed Boston and New York artists, and more!
At the event one lucky raffle ticket winner will zip home with a scooter from Scooters Go Green. Don’t worry! It is all for a good cause!
The proceeds from the event support Glovebox (GLVBX), a 501 C3 non profit arts organization which is the creative force behind free and discount arts events for the city including the Glovebox Short Film & Animation Festival that has garnered attention as a “must see” festival of the summer.
GLVBX also works with local art colleges on student exhibitions, supports music education for elementary school students, has two art lending programs with local businesses, and showcases local talent through free art exhibits around the city.
