Sergio Brown (former New England Patriot), Harrison Smith (Defensive Rookie of the Year nominee from the Minnesota Vikings) and the Boston Red Sox World Series Trophies will be joining forces with Boston’s Fire Fighters, Celtics Cheerleaders, young professionals, families, and kids who are currently battling or have beaten Cancer.
This will be our 3rd Annual St.
Baldrick’s Head Shaving Event held at Dillons.
With a total raised over the first two years of over $100,000, our fight is just beginning.
We look forward to packing Dillon’s from wall to wall again this year.
We’ll be joined by two incredible speakers who will share their stories of staring Cancer in the face and beating it into remission.
Amy, a 31 year old Newton native, will tell her story of beating cancer as a child, as well as again as an adult defeating thyroid, brain and breast cancers.
Shauna, mother of 5 year old cancer survivor Madi, will share their journey.
From her diagnosis at the age of just 19 months to her 2 year battle to defeat it, Madi has been an inspiration.
She will be celebrating a year off treatment at our event on April 6th.
We have a fantastic raffle/auction planned with items such as a signed Rob Gronkowski Jersey, Signed Milan Lucic Jersey, signed Dustin Pedroia baseball and many more great items.
Stylists from Studio 9 have been gracious enough to donate their time to buzz all those willing to brave the clippers.
