Ce-Ce and Friends Humane Society, an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit and no-kill cat shelter serving the South Shore, is holding its 15th annual benefit walk to help 'set the pace' in aiding homeless pets.
100% of the proceeds will support the shelter's ongoing operations, animal rescue and spay/neuter efforts, and veterinary care initiatives.
WHEN: Sunday, June 8, 2014
WHERE: Wollaston Beach, Quincy, MA REGISTRATION: (at Caddy Park, directly across from Wollaston Beach): 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm (**please register with a donation of any amount to Ce-Ce and Friends; all donations are tax-deductible)
WALK (3 miles): 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
~Dogs are welcome, but must be on-leash~

Even those who can't take part in the walk are encouraged to come by enjoy the day with fellow animal lovers.
Other offerings will include:
-Bake sale and refreshments
-Face-painting and other fun activities for kids
-Free educational literature on pets and pet care
Teams of family and friends are encouraged to walk together.
Every dollar raised makes a lasting difference for the animals!

Caddy Park - turn left on Beach St. and continue on Quincy Shore Drive. Moswetuset Hummock - Red Line to North Quincy Station, MBTA Bus #211 to Squantum, exit at East Squantum Street and Quincy Shore Drive, proceed to the small wooded knoll 200 yards east.
