Participate in a 60-minute class:**
TrainFIIT LIVE: An introduction to our fitness journey that will push you mentally and physically. Focused equally on boxing, strength, mobility/flexibility and cardio. A true full-body workout for all ages and fitness levels.
TrainFIIT LIVE includes: Boxing, Battle Ropes, Suspension, Kettle Bells, Rowing, Cycling, Core. 12 – stations, 2-3 minute rounds, high intensity circuit with a warm up and burn-down. All this PLUS a LIVE DJ pumping the beats!!
** All participants must sign a waiver for The Club if there is not one already on file. Please download this waiver form to complete and sign, and either email to [email protected], or bring with you on the day of the event:
