Homelessness has a traumatic impact on families and their young children.

Here at Housing Families, we work one family at a time to improve what otherwise can seem like a hopeless situation.

Housing Families is hosting a Rise and Shine Breakfast on Wednesday, June 27th.

This event will feature two prominent physicians, Dr. Ann C. Wu, Associate Professor Department Pediatric Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute and Dr. Megan T. Sandel, MD, Associate Professor Pediatrics at Boston University School of Medicine.

Dr. Wu and Dr. Sandel will speak about the correlation between children’s health and housing.

This breakfast is one of our new series of events to build awareness and raise funds to support our mission of working to end family homelessness.

Proceeds from tickets will help Housing Families open doors to all in need and will support our work to find a cure for family homelessness.
