Currently, School on Wheels of Massachusetts has over 7,000 backpack requests for students who are experiencing homelessness and poverty in the state.Westgate Mall is hosting a school supply drive to help ensure local students will have the necessary school supplies they need for the upcoming year.
Donations can be dropped off now, through August 28, 2022 at the marked donation bin in Fusion Dolls at Westgate Mall, Brockton, MA.
Suggested donations include backpacks, pencils & pencil sharpeners, blue or black inked pens, pencil pouches, hand sanitizers, glue sticks, highlighters, plastic rulers, washable markers, composition notebooks and more.
100% of the proceeds will benefit School on Wheels, whose mission is to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students impacted by homelessness.
