Sports are such an important part of a child’s social, physical and emotional development. Played professionally, recreationally, and for fun, there is no need to limit your children to just one! Teach your child the importance of sport and sportsmanship with The Boston Center for Adult Education’s new child enrichment class, Play Ball!

Beginning on March 8th, 2011, this 7 session class will introduce children to sports such as basketball, soccer and baseball while exploring bats, balls, sticks and goals. Suitable for children 2-5 years of age, the class will focus on playful drills, physical fitness and good sportsmanship as the children improve their motor skills in a positive and non-competitive environment.

Part of the BCAE’s Child Enrichment Program, Bean City Kids, Play Ball strives to motivate children while providing a series of interactive daytime programs for both children and their caregivers.

WHEN: Begins Tuesday, March 8th, 2011; 7 sessions; ends April 19th, 2011.
10:00AM to 10:45AM (for ages 2 – 3 years), 11:00AM to 11:45AM (for ages 3 – 5 years)
COST: $140 Members/Nonmembers
