Once Upon A Story Yoga!

This adult/child (walkers to 4+ yrs old) yoga class practices yoga while we read some of our favorite stories! We will stretch, strengthen our bodies and minds while we practice our down dog, fly like a butterfly and roar like a lion!

This toddler and preschooler Storytime yoga class stretches and strengthens the body and imagination.

This is a once a month, drop in class.
