Children (3-5 years) can join Certified Yoga Instructor, Emily Lacouture, for this 45-minute yoga class that builds strength, flexibility, and balance using basic yoga poses.
Your child will love to get moving to music, interact with friends and play on the magical yoga mats! $10 per child, refunded when families register for 6-week series (10/2 to 11/6). Barefoot yoga products discounted for participants.

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Taking the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop brings you across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
