Research shows that yoga can be just as beneficial for children as it is for adults. For this age, yoga is about increasing body awareness, self confidence and esteem. This kids only class (4-7 yrs) begins with our very own sundance and ends in Shavasana.
Each class is filled with wild adventures, yoga games, and yoga art. Come hang like a bat and fly like a butterfly!
