Research shows that yoga provides the same benefits to children as it does to adults! Join me for this once a month, drop in yoga class geared for walkers to kindergardeners where we stretch and strengthen our bodies, minds and imaginations!
We will read some of our favorite stories (and new ones too!) while practicing yoga! Through stories, song and movement we will fly like a butterfly and hang like a bat! Adult/child class.
