This toddler yoga class (walkers-3+yrs old), practices yoga as we stretch and strengthen our bodies and minds! Research shows that yoga can provide the same benefits to kids as it does for adults!
At this age, yoga focuses on increasing self esteem and confidence, body awareness, and movement! Through music, books, and wild adventures, we hang like a bat and fly on our magic carpet ride!
